what’s a rosai? July 13, 2008

Rosai is the plural form of Rosas, or has been so dubbed. I can pretty well guess that my husband, David, probably won’t be a blogger like this, so I’ll do it for the both of us.

I’ve grown a little tired of keeping up with multiple online communities like myspace, facebook, etc., and I think this is a nice compromise–keeping everything in one place. Besides, I can be a little more verbose than what is typically appreciated in those forums, and this gives me the freedom to talk your ears off and post all the pics I want to post!

David and I met in college and have been together ever since (almost 10 years!)–being with your best friend every day is a blessing beyond words. I’m so in love. We have a 4-legged “kid” named Mel, short for Melchizedek, our black labrador. Home is now in Jacksonville, Florida, and while we love our roots up north, we love the Southern weather and comforts. David’s part of Greenshades Software, and I’m a nurse in full-time grad school for anesthesia at the University of North Florida. In an effort to spend less time doing mindless tasks while procrastinating, this blog has begun!
